Shipping costs

We ship your ordered products with the shipping partner of your choice.

During checkout, you can choose between DHL, DPD, and UPS for shipments outside of Germany.

Our shipping service provider delivers the ordered goods to your billing address. If you specified a different delivery address during the ordering process, your goods will of course be shipped to this address.

Our all-round service naturally includes receiving a shipping notification by email when your package has left our shipping department. This email contains the package number and a tracking link that you can use to track the status of your package online.

If you have a customer account with us, you can also find the package number and tracking link in your customer account under "My Orders."

Thanks to our optimal location in the center of Germany, our packages usually reach you within one business day. Only the coast and the Alps are within our two-day zone.

Please note:
We list all costs associated with transporting goods under "Shipping Costs." Our shipping costs consist of:
- The actual transport costs of the carrier
- Packaging fee
- Transport insurance

Many competitors charge an additional fee for these services, but not with us. We display shipping costs transparently from start to finish, with no hidden surcharges.

As a service to you, DHL also delivers on Saturdays.

If the DHL courier is not at your location, they will leave a notification card stating when and where you can pick up the package. You can also request a second delivery attempt; please refer to the notification card for details.

We charge a flat rate per parcel.

A parcel can weigh up to 31.5 kilograms and have dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60cm.

For non-discounted purchases by end customers in Germany with a goods value of over €100, we cover the DPD shipping costs.
You receive the same service as paying customers, free of charge.

International Shipping Costs (DHL & UPS)

Our international shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
The table on the left shows which zone your country is assigned to. The table on the right shows the shipping costs. Prices are per package.

Please note: Our shopping cart always calculates the current shipping costs; you simply need to select the correct country on the left side of the shopping cart.
